Chief Builder Billy Harger, left, who originally hails

description

Summary

Chief Builder Billy Harger, left, who originally hails from Pearl City, Hawaii, and Mineman Seaman Andrew Handley, originally from Stroud, Okla., interact with school children during the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival, Feb. 7, 2014. They are both members of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, which is currently in Sapporo, Japan taking part in the city's annual festival. The team sculpted a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to Sapporo to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors. The festival draws about two million spectators each year. (U.S. Navy photo by Senior Chief Mass Communication Specialist Daniel Sanford/Released)
