Summary

Hogue is a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, which is in Hokkaido, Japan taking part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team is sculpting a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo.
