Summary
Chief Builder Christopher "Billy" Knox, originally from Chapin, Ill., and Navy Misawa Snow Team leader, shows some local school children what country he is from. Knox and his team are from Naval Air Facility Misawa, and created a snow sculpture of USS George Washington (CVN 73) on behalf of the base for the 64th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival on northern Japan’s Hokkaido Island.
