Chief Builder Billy Harger, originally from Pearl City, Hawaii, and Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 2nd Class Chris Dorrough, a native of Gadsden, Ala., help shape a portion of a snow sculpture, Jan. 31, 2014. The sailors are members of the 2014 Navy Misawa SnowTeam and are in Sapporo, Japan, are building a snow sculpture for the city's annual snow festival. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors.
