Royal .■\rch Masons, St. Johns Com-mandery No. 12, Knights Templar, and BozemanLodge No. 463 of the Elks. He is an active mem-ber of the Chamber of Commerce. His firm ownsthe Senator Hoffman corner opposite the post-office at Bozeman. and Mr. Simpson makes hishome there, while his partner resides in the Ever-green Apartments.
