SPECIALIST (SPC) William "Bill" Tavares, USA, Womens Team Head Coach, (left), SPC Jill Bakken, USA, USA-2 Driver, (center), and SPC Tuffield "Tuffy" Latour, USA, Womens Team Driving Coach, will represent the World Class Athlete Program in women's bobsled at the 2002 OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES in Salt Lake City.
