CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At Astrotech Space Operations in Titusville, Fla., technicians are closing out the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, or LRO, before its mating with NASA's Lunar CRater Observation and Sensing Satellite, known as LCROSS, spacecraft.
