Over 1,000 US Air Force (USAF) members of the 174th Fighter Wing (FW), Syracuse, New York (NY), along with one of the wing's F-16C Fighting Falcons, formed up inside the hangar for the presentation of the Defense of Liberty Medal during this UTA (Unit Training Assembly).
