The Grand Forks couple opens home and hearts to 'lost' children. Sherry and Gene Harmon transformed their farmhouse into a haven for abused, abandoned and neglected children, serving as special needs foster parents. At last count, the Harmons have welcomed more than 70 children, ranging in age from 3-days to 16-years, some they have cared for but a night and others have flourished there for several years.
