Expedition 16 Commander Peggy Whitson (bottom right), Soyuz Commander and Flight Engineer Yuri Malenchenko (bottom center) and Malaysian Spaceflight Participant Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor (bottom left) docked their Soyuz TMA-11 spacecraft to the station at 10:50 a.m. EDT. Oct. 12, 2007. (top left to right) Expedition 15 Commander Fyodor Yurchikhin and Flight Engineers Oleg Kotov and Clay Anderson welcomed the new crew aboard the station when the hatches were opened at 12:22p.m. EDT.
