Using the box as a marker, a "pineapple" anti-personnel mine was planted approximately three feet away from the break in the water line at the Rajlovak train facility, located on the outskirts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, during Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR. The owner of the facility said that he pays more for the water than he pays for the salary of all his workers. He has been asking for 3 months to get it removed, but the Mine Action Center (MAC) is low on funding, and cant remove the mine
