Judges for the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (USCAAF) answer questions from US Navy (USN) Sailors and US Marine Corps (USMC) Marines, onboard the USN Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN 76), about the military judicial process following a USCAAF Appellate Review. This event is part of Project Outreach and marks the first time that an appellate review was held onboard a USN vessel that is underway. The USS RONALD REAGAN is currently in the Pacific Ocean conducting Fleet Replacement Squadron Carrier qualifications
