Comprised of active-duty musicians, and utilizing their "Strike Package," the Air Force Reserve Band is targeting the Youngstown, Warren, Akron, Canton, and Cleveland communities with an all-out blitz of jazz, brass, Dixie, and woodwind ensembles. The layer is made with the seam cut on the bias so that there will be no straight-across strain on the tire seams.
