Perry Lippitt, 23 years old and a native of Washington, has been appointed crier of the United States Supreme Court to succeed Thomas E. Waggaman. Waggaman was promoted to the post of Marchal recently made vacant by the death of Frank Key Green. Young Lippitt is a graduate of the St. Albans school for boys in the Capitol, 5/27/38
