九行十八字. Nine lines, with eighteen characters per line.
原題：「宋伊川邵雍堯夫著，明後學儲昌祚、儲顯祚校刊」。卷端有萬士和序，以其分類考之，蓋翻萬本也。儲昌祚(序)萬曆四十二年(1614)，萬士和(序)隆慶元年(1567)，自序治平三年(1066)，邢恕(後序)元祐六年(1091)，唐順之(跋)。
