Workers line the fences to watch the bull riding competition at the rodeo. The rodeo workers and participants are part of the Korean/American Cowboy Association (KACA) which was founded in 1996. The KACA is officially recognized by as a private organization by the Morale, Welfare and Recreation of the Army. The KACA is made up of 260 members and continues to grow. The rodeo is part of the Columbus Day community fair at Yongsan Army Post, Korea. The fair included games for children, food, live entertainment along with the rodeo
