West, Texas, May 9, 2013 -- The Czech word for "Thank You" has been painted on the front of a home that was damaged in the April 17 fertilizer plant explosion in gratitude for the service of volunter firefighters and emergency medical technicians. Many people in the area are decendents of Czech immigrants. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is assisting residents recover from the disaster. Norman Lenburg/FEMA
