McCabe, Commander, Third Fleet, cruises in front of the Marine Corps Marching Band in the Italian Heritage Day Parade at Fishermans Wharf during San Francisco's Fleet Week 2003. This marks the 22nd year of Navy participation. The celebration is held at the Fishermans Warf featuring 2,500 Sailors, Navy Blue Angels and U.S. Navy ships; USS Cleveland (LPD 7), USS Hopper (DDG 70), USS Thach (FFG 43), USS Shiloh (CG 67), USS Mobile Bay (CG 53).
