Uzbekistan Army Captian Askar Tuhaev and United States Army Sergeant First Class David Litchfeild disregard language barriers when introducing themselves during EXERCISE REGIONAL COOPERATION 2001. Regional Cooperation 2001 is a computer-assisted military exercise held at the Warrior Preparation Center (WPC) in Einsiedlerhof, Germany. The United States sponsors this multi-national operations exercise "in the spirit of" Partner for Peace for designated peacekeeping battalions of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Overall, forces from 11 countries gather to strengthen military-to-military relationships and regional security
