President Roosevelt and western private utility operators today discussed elimination of duplicating utility facilities and creation of investor confidence in the industry, the President conferred with, left to right: John Carpenter, President of the Texas Light and Power Co., Dallas, Tex.; Daniel C. Green, of the Central Service Corp. of Chicago; and A.B. West, Head of the Nevada-California Electric Corp.
