U.S. Sailors assigned to the visit, board, search and seizure team aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) attach a caving ladder to the ship's catwalk Sept. 22, 2012, while under way in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
