These Sailors are part of the US Navys contribution to the humanitarian assistance operation, led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and working in conjunction with the Department of Defense (DoD), that is delivering humanitarian and relief assistance to the Gulf Coast victims of Hurricane Katrina
