US Navy (USN) Engineman Second Class (EN2) Darrell Dow, stationed aboard the USN Whidbey Island Class Dock Landing Ship, USS OAK HILL (LSD 51), sounds a fuel tank aboard the Indian Flagged motor vessel (MV) BHAKTI SAGAR. OAK HILL moored with MV BHAKTI SAGAR after receiving a distress call. While alongside, OAK HILL provided the motor vessel with provisions, hot meals from the galley, and 3,900 gallons of JP5 fuel. The OAK HILL is currently deployed in the Indian Ocean conducting Maritime Security Operations (MOS) as part of the Dutch-led Coalition Task Force (CTF-150)
