Okinawa, Japan (Oct. 21, 2005) U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel intentionally capsize their combat rubber reconnaissance craft during a race in Oura Wan Bay during the 13th Annual Navy Battle Skills Competition. The teams were required to assemble a combat rubber reconnaissance craft, navigate it through a one-kilometer course, capsize their boat and flip the boat back upright to complete the course.
