U.S. Marines assigned to Fox Co., Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, practice amphibious operations utilizing combat rubber raiding craft with members of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force as part of the Japan Observer Exchange Program (JOEP) at the Kin Blue Training Area, Okinawa, Japan, 19 July 2016.
