U.S. Marine engineers, assigned to the 9th Engineer Support Battalion, U.S. Navy Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, and Armed Forces of the Philippines Army engineers from the 552nd Engineer Construction Battalion, lift a roof truss for placement at Don Joaquin Artuz Memorial Elementary School in Tapaz, Philippines, during Balikatan 2015, April 16. classrooms at the school.
