U.S. Marine Corps recruiters from Recruiting Substation

U.S. Marine Corps recruiters from Recruiting Substation East Mesa, Ariz., root for their enlistees competing in a tug-of-war competition against another Arizona substation during the Marine Corps Recruiting Station Phoenix annual pool function in Gilbert, Ariz., March 2, 2013. More than 400 enlistees and their family and friends from across the state of Arizona participated in the daylong event, which provided all an opportunity to operate as a team, develop motivation, experience team competition and maximize parental involvement.
