Jared Specht, assigned to Charlie Company, 2nd Regiment, 502nd Infantry Brigade, 101st Airborne Infantry Division, set up the wire used to detonate an anti personnel claymore mine on range 21 on Forward Operating Base Ramrod, Afghanistan, April 19, 2011. The soldiers are practicing using claymores and other munitions to prepare themselves for future combat operations.
