Annapolis, Md. (Jun. 28, 2006) Under the watchful eye of Midshipman 1st Class Vaughn Villareal, newly arrived midshipmen learn the proper way to wear their covers during Induction Day. Approximately 1,215 prospective midshipmen, "Plebes," reported to the academy for induction and the Oath of Office Ceremony. The class of 2010 was cycled through a series of stations to establish medical and dental records, receive uniforms, complete paperwork and receive their military haircut.
