Significance: It was constructed in two phases, an 1921 one-story warehouse and a 1937 two-story addition. The structure is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places under Criteria C, architecture and engineering. The warehouse is significant at the local level for its role in shipping and commerce in Savannah.
