This revolution in our domestic economy was well worth a war"); the war on land in Canada; the alliance of Indians and the British ; the naval war and Perry's victory on Lake Erie; and views on the emancipation of South America "from foreign subjection." A postcript, dated 14 Dec., refers to an expedition against Montréal.
