The collection consists of about 30 000 postcards dating from the 1910s until the late 1960s. The format is mostly clichés of glass or film with text for printing, or original printed postcards, many of them tinted. Different photographers were connected to the company. Still, many of the postcards don’t give the name of the photographer. The postcards show Swedish holiday resorts, views from the countryside, views from towns and small communities and Swedes in different environments, at leisure or at various occupations. You may view beaches, camping grounds, holiday cottages and ski resorts. Other motifs are ports, power plants, infrastructure as airports and bus stations, and official buildings as schools, hospitals, churches and town halls.
