PHILIPPINE SEA (Aug. 18, 2013) The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204), center, conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54), top, and the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73).
