The Homesteader comes back in Roumania and this is what he finds. All that is left of his life's work is a cowstable in which he and his family must live. This picture was taken along the Danube, which can be seen in the background. It shoes a farm that was under Bulgarian and Russian fire. In this district the American Red Cross found its greatest relief problem in Roumania
