The flying jacket and helmet used by Maj. Gen. John Fenimore, a commander of the 109th Airlift Wing, which flies missions to Antarctica, and later the adjutant general of New York from1995 to 2001, is among the exhibits in "Ever Upward: The History of the New York Air National Guard" show which opened at the New York State Military Museum in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on Friday, Nov. 20. The exhibit includes photographs and artifacts to tell the story of the 5,600-member New York Air National Guard, the largest in the United States.
