The tumours were first noticed eiyht years agobetween the eyebrows, and had increased very slowly until about two years ago,when a more rapid increase had taken jjlace. They are distributed about theeyebrows, inner corner of the eyes, bridge of nose, neighbourhood of the nostrilsand mouth, a few discrete lesions being scattered about the rest of the face.There are some on the neck, at the nape and sides, and a larger number on theupper third of the back and shoulders, but more especially in the space betweenthe scapulae. Family history negative. (II) Fonhjces cases (^).—Daughtei, aged 19 years. The eruption was firstnoticed on the left temple and forehead six years pi-eviously.
