Terrazas House, 418 South Convent Avenue, Tucson, Pima County, AZ
Summary
Significance: This plastered adobe structure, located on the northeast corner of the intersection of South Convent Avenue and W. Kennedy Street, has been owned by only two different families since its construction ca. 1900. It has been well-maintained, the various additions giving it a parapeted appearance. Set flush with the streets, just behind the sidewalk, and on an isolated site location, the house has elements of both the traditional Sonoran dwelling and the Mission Revival style.
