Survey archeologist Mr. Jesse W. Stephen, a recovery leader with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), removes sediment from material recovered from a unit in the Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam, June 10, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of three military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
