Summary

The original finding aid described this as:

Description: Astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria, mission specialist, was captured on film by astronaut Peter J.K. (Jeff) Wisoff in the cargo bay of the Earth-orbiting Space Shuttle Discovery during one of two space walks shared by the two mission specialists. A close look into Lopez-Alegria's helmet visor reveals an "upside down" Wisoff taking the picture with a 35mm camera with his feet securely anchored in the foot restraint on the end of Discovery's remote manipulator system (RMS) or robot arm.
