Stamp of the German "Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren" (= Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia); 1939; definitive stamp DRBM Michel No. 27 of the issue "Lime branch and Landscapes".; issue of 18 stamps; The stamp motive shows a view to "Church of the Saint Barbara" in Kutná Hora (German: "Kuttenberg") in Central Bohemia.; Meant is the Christian female martyr Barbara of Nicodemia (273-306).; With the building of her church in Kutná Hora was begun in 1388 in the style of the Gothic, the last construction phase launched in 1884.; On the stamp is depicted the Northern facade of this church.; The protectorate "Bohemia and Moravia" was erected at 15 March 1939.; Reasonable for the stamps was in each case the "Postal Supervision" (German: "Postaufsicht") of the German Empire. Currency until to 8 May 1945 was 1 koruna (German: "Krone") = 100 haléřů (German: "Heller").; mint stamp
