John Graves, an engineer with the 861st Engineer Co. One of James’s role during the fight against COVID-19 is to rove between testing sites to ensure that servicemembers have what they need to complete their mission while John took part in administering COVID-19 sampling tests. Soldiers and Airmen of the Rhode Island National Guard have been activated by Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo to support this historic fight against a deadly contagion.
