(Nov. 28, 2005) Ship's Serviceman Petty Officer 3rd Class Nicolette Rosario, casts off the line as the guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58) gets underway from Naval Station Norfolk for schedule deployment. As part of a Surface Strike Group (SSG), Laboon will participate in regional exercises with allies, make diplomatic port calls and respond to any contingency operations in support of the ongoing war on terrorism.
