Several members from the Joint Communications Systems Element (JCSE), a highly specialized and rapidly deployable tactical comunications unit based at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, trawl in the recovery boats awaiting splash down of JCSE parachuters in Tampa Bay. The unit performs water jumps as part of survival training. Members come from all branches of service to provided communications support for contingency military operations, disaster relief and evacuation activities
