(May. 08, 2015) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus hands a baseball he signed back to a fan before the Tampa Bay Rays play the Texas Rangers at Tropicana Field during Navy night. Before the game Mabus also performed the oath of enlistment for 35 future and 5 current Sailors and threw the ceremonial first pitch.
