BALTIMORE (May. 17, 2015) Sea Cadets from the Fort McHenry Division and Training Ship Constellation participate in martial arts training at the Navy Operational Support Center in Baltimore. Drill weekends consist of classroom training, close order drill, personnel inspections, counseling, martial arts, physical training, and watch standing. The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a non-profit youth program for Americans ages 11 through 17. The corps is composed of more than 380 units in 48 states, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico.
