This interview was held in the stable area of Mark Hennig Racing with one of Mark Hennig's assistant trainers, Saul Castellanos. He spoke about his journey from Mexico as a young adult and his role today as an Assistant Trainer for a successful trainer. He discussed the work environment and the current reliance upon Latino labor within the racetrack industry.
This interview is in two sections. The first section is 00:49:29 and contains the majority of the interview. The second section is 00:04:59 and contains a short conclusion. The interviewer had turned off the recorder thinking the interview was concluded and then it started again.
