Summary
Significance: Town record (vol. 2, p.119) indicate that the Samuel Minor House was built in 1713, the kitchen wing was added soon afterward. The original clapboards were shingled in the 19th century, the porch is a recent addition. The house is now owned by Mr. & Mrs. William B. Pape.
