SAIPAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands – Army Reserve Soldiers with 9th Mission Support Command help a family in Koberville, Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, set up their Federal Emergency Management Agency-provided tent, which will be used as temporary housing as they rebuild their home, Nov. 7.
