SANTA MARTA, Colombia (Aug. 23, 2009) Sailors assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Doyle (FFG 39) move Project Handclasp materials onto a Colombian Coast Guard vessel. The toys, medical supplies and hygiene products will be delivered to a Colombian school during an upcoming Southern Partnership 2009 community service project. Doyle is on a six-month deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean as part of Southern Seas 2009 supporting the U.S. Southern Command Partnership of the Americas strategy.
