PATTAYA, Thailand (Jun. 10, 2013) Sailors assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 1, and Royal Thai Navy sailors hoist a portable hyperbaric chamber during a dive medicine scenario in support of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2013. More than 1,200 Sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Thailand. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
